Help Desk Privacy Policy

We use Zoho Help Desk SaaS to provide assistance to our app users - the private enforcement agents - PEA, their respective customers (the creditors, debtors, lawyers, etc in the legal executive cases.), as well as PEA's employees.

This help desk itself is at no additional cost.

If you choose to use our help desk app, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.

We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

App purpose

  • Provide access to help/support ticketing system and knowledgebase

Use cases

  • Submit support tickets
  • Read and consume protected resources such as documentation, articles, KB, etc.
  • Get information about upcoming changes/updates/versions.
  • Subscribe to specific topics
  • Get newsletters strictly about the help desk and our application.

Data collection and usage

The following data/information is being collected:

  • Email address (required) when signing up/in.
  • OpenID, Email and Profile (required) oauth2/openid scopes when using Social/Federated Signup/Signin.
  • Phone (optional) - specified by the user after signup or later
  • Address (optional) - specified by the user after signup or later
  • Social page (optional) - specified by the user after signup or later

The data is being used for/as:

  • Contact the user about support ticket status.
  • Contact the user via Zoh0 Survey or Zoho HelpDesk for specific topics.
